This unique system enables each individual oil truck to be in constant contact with the main office via satellite.
Our customer service department knows exactly where your delivery truck is located, how many stops left on the route, and the times of each delivery. The instantaneous transmission helps the dispatcher to chart the quickest delivery course and free up your waiting time.
Via the on-board computer, our drivers know how much oil is on the truck, and most importantly, which customer is most in need of an oil delivery. This ensures reliable, automatic deliveries and virtually eliminates the risk of fuel shortage.
We have also redesigned our invoice. Now everything you need to know about your oil delivery is easy to read and in your hand. For even more personalized service, there's a special instructions space that allows you to customize your oil delivery.
