FAQs (Natural Gas & Electricity)

How does it work?

Robison purchases and supplies low-cost energy, Con-Ed delivers it just like now, and you SAVE!

What are your prices?

Our Prices are competitive, and we include a preventative maintenance plan for your heating system. You should meet with a representative in person to discuss our current promotions.

When does Robison supply start?

Approximately one month after your supply agreement reaches us. Con Ed also sends you a letter notifying you of the start date(s).

How do I sign up?

One call does it all. Dial 914-345-5700. An experienced Robison representative will take all the necessary information or you can schedule an appointment. It's that easy.

Why choose Robison?

  • High lever of service
  • Competive fixed pricing for electricity
  • Price caps on natural gas
  • Low-cost heating and A/C service plans

    When can I switch?

    Now

    How do I switch?

All we need is your name, address and Con Ed account number. We take care of the entire enrollment process.

What is the cost to switch?

$0. Best of all, there are no monthly fees or services charges -- you pay only for what you use.

Should I be comfortable about switching?

YES! Con Ed encourages you to switch and will still read your meter to determine your usage.

    So, who bills me?

Robison bills you for the energy supply. Con Ed bills you for the delivery. Billing you in this way makes it easier to track your usage.

I have level billing with Con Ed. What happens when I switch?

When you choose Robison for Supply, we can also provide you with a plan that works with your budget. Con Ed will reduce your level billing to reflect your Delivery charges, but you must contact them to request the change.

Who do I call if I smell gas or if power goes out?

Con Ed. They are commited to responding to emergency issues regardless or who your energy supplier is.
