The Comfort Save home energy audit is a unique interactive experience. During the audit the home analyst will examine the efficiency of your heating and cooling systems, and determine how well your system is converting fuel to heat or electricity to cooling. The second area to be examined is the distribution of the heating and cooling how efficiently it gets delivered to the living areas of your home. Additionally, we analyze the indoor air quality relative to this distribution. (Humidity, air filtration, air stratification and air scrubbing.) The third area is the overall construction of your home and how well the cooling or heating is being held in by the home. Here we examine the homes construction and insulation from basement to attic.

The good news is that your home analyst will also provide you with an “action plan” for your most pressing concerns. Many of the solutions can be completed by you while some might need to be accomplished by a trained professional.
